Vacancy – Internal Sales Representative – Full time

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join our commercial trading team, effectively managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order. Provide support to the external sales team, follow up on tenders and provide live project information.

This is a great opportunity for a talented and commercial salesperson who is prepared to go the extra mile to uphold our reputation and standards of business.

Main Duties:

  • Understand our customer needs and requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective customer relationships
  • Provide prices, create quotes, input orders and follow up on enquiries to ensure that our customer’s expectations are exceeded
  • Secure new sales with customers and manage ongoing orders
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate order confirmations
  • Close sales and achieve agreed KPIs
  • A helpful and pro-active approach to problem-solving
  • Managing customer complaints to satisfactory conclusions
  • Answering calls and emails and liaising with customers and suppliers competently to ensure excellent customer service
  • Providing support to our distribution, administration and accounts teams as needed
  • Comply with UK laws and our agreed company policies, procedures, standards and systems
