VACANCY – ACCOUNTS CO-ORDINATOR
We have a vacancy for an experienced accounts co-ordinator to join our friendly finance team at our Head Office in High Lane.
Duties include:
- General purchase ledger including posting purchase invoices, matching delivery tickets, corresponding with suppliers on purchase ledger queries, accounts reconciliation, month end payments
- General sales ledger including raising invoices, dealing with customer queries
- Reconciling haulage costs and preparation of invoices ready for monthly BACS run
- Credit control including updating records, chasing outstanding payments, attending credit control meetings, liaising with Finance Manager and Directors and following through agreed actions
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Other related tasks and duties for example, efficient record keeping, document filing and archiving etc.
Experience in a similar role is essential and experience on SAP and Excel would be an advantage.
Hours are 20 to 30 per week, with core hours of work 10:00am – 14:00pm, 5 days a week. Start and/or finish time can be extended for additional hours / lunchbreak to be agreed.
